Primary government records receive the highest evidentiary weight for contracts and policy. Community maps, vendor claims, journalism, and user submissions remain separately labeled.
Primary sources
RouteFrame prioritizes signed contracts, purchase orders, official agenda packets, staff reports, grant records, policies, ordinances, audit reports, court records, and agency publications. Page references and exact scope are retained when available.
Community map sources
DeFlock and OpenStreetMap provide useful public map records. They are community-maintained and can be incomplete, stale, duplicated, incorrectly tagged, or approximate. RouteFrame preserves the source link and labels the evidence class.
Journalism and claims
Reporting is selected from identified publishers and linked to the original article. RouteFrame distinguishes official findings, allegations, analysis, responses, and later outcomes. Vendor material remains vendor-reported.
Archives and conflicts
Archived copies can preserve public documents that move or disappear. RouteFrame may cite an archive alongside the active source. When sources conflict, the disagreement and dates remain visible rather than silently choosing the stronger headline.
